Founded by Ahmet Metin Oktay, the label operates without the constraints of a major — no genre mandates, no market formulas. Every release is an original work, authored by its founder, shaped by the language it was born in and the emotional world it inhabits.

Twelve languages and counting — eight released (Turkish, Russian, Kazakh, Arabic, Khmer, French, Portuguese and Spanish), with Italian, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, German, Greek and English already taking shape in the studio. Never translations — native adaptations, each a genuine artistic work carrying the same story and the same emotions into a new culture. And the world is answering: M3TIN songs are in radio rotation across sixteen stations in France, Belgium, Italy, Mexico, the United States and the United Kingdom, and press coverage across fourteen countries — France, Italy, Greece, Poland, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria, India, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

M3TIN is a Songwriter and Music Architect. I write every word, and I design every song — the melody, the mood, the instruments, the voice, the soul of the piece. I hold the vision and direct every detail, then I make hundreds of versions until one breaks your heart.

Like an architect who designs a cathedral but doesn't lay each stone, the vision is mine — and so is the masterpiece.

The brush isn't the painter. The tool isn't the artist.

The current phase is the world tour of the songs themselves — French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and beyond, where the project has found its first radio homes. Then comes the homecoming: in 2027, the Turkish originals these stories were first written in finally step into the light, closing the circle where every song began.

Ahmet Metin Oktay is the person behind © M3TIN Records and the M3TIN artist persona. He writes, produces, and directs the creative vision of every release — from the original composition to the multilingual adaptations that follow.

His background spans multiple cultures and languages, which is reflected directly in the music. The multilingual catalogue is not a concept or a marketing strategy. It is a natural expression of who he is and how he hears the world.

The label and the artist are both his — built from the ground up, without compromise, and with a long-term vision: original music that crosses languages and cultures without losing what makes it real.

He is a registered member of MESAM — Türkiye Musiki Eseri Sahipleri Meslek Birliği (the Musical Work Owners’ Society of Türkiye) — as a songwriter (söz yazarı) and composer (bestekâr).

Every M3TIN release begins in its native artistic form. The origin language is not a starting point to be replaced — it is the soul of the work. A Kazakh song is a Kazakh song first.

When a song evolves into other languages, the adaptation is built from the ground up in that language. Melody, pronunciation, cultural register, and emotional weight are all reconsidered. The result is not a translation. It is a parallel interpretation — connected to the original, but shaped by a different world.

Some songs stay in one language. Some expand across many. The decision is always artistic, never commercial.

Technology is part of the studio — the way a brush is part of a painting. Every lyric, every melodic decision, every final choice is human. The tool isn't the artist.
